2023 Palisade 2nd and 3rd row A/C vents blowing warm air not cold

Hello

Did anyone had the issue, that while the A/C is on, the front vents blow cold air as expected, the 2nd and 3rd row vents blow rather warm air (the temp for the 2nd and 3rd row is set to low) ?

We are just experiencing something similar; my passenger side and rear get cool, but the driver's side blows out hot air.

I took mine to the dealership for repairs. They had to pull down the headliner in the process of fixing it. It works great now.
